Affiliate Disclosure

This is a working draft. It reflects standard ASA/CMA UK affiliate disclosure practice, but has not been reviewed by a solicitor.

How Away Break makes money

Away Break is free to use. We earn a small commission when you click through from our site and go on to book a hotel, flight, car hire or tour with one of our travel partners — currently including Booking.com, Skyscanner, RentalCars.com and Viator, among others.

Does this cost you anything extra?

No. The commission is paid to us by the travel partner out of their own marketing budget — it is never added to the price you pay. In most cases, the price you see is the same price you'd get by going directly to the partner's own website.

Does this affect what we show you?

We aim to show relevant, useful options based on what you search for. Where commission rates differ between partners, this has no bearing on the accuracy of the prices, availability, or ratings we display — those come directly from each partner's own data feed.

Which links are affiliate links?

Any link on Away Break that takes you to a booking on a partner site (hotels, flights, car hire, or tours) is an affiliate link. This includes listings on the homepage, search results, and deal pages.
